Gerina-Piller
The date of her birth is March 29, 1985, in Roswell New Mexico. Her given name was Gerina Mendoza. Gerina Stevenson was born in Mexico to Mexican parents Alan Stevenson and Rita Stevenson. She is of Mexican-American heritage as well as an American through nationality. Her desire to play sports began as a small kid. Gerina began golfing when she was the age of 15. Gerina was a graduate of Goddard High School. In high school she won New Mexico's state golf tournament. Also, she was a volleyball player and competed at the national level. She was enrolled at Texas's University of Texas, Texas, for the 2003 academic year. As a senior, she took home the top prize in every tournament she took part in. In her undergraduate time, she was awarded an award for Conference USA Individual Champion Player of the Year award and the UTEP Female Athlete of the year.
